Wooden Ceiling Beams and Custom Range Hood Wrap — Arvada, Colorado

This project in Arvada, Colorado, consists of two distinct elements, seamlessly integrated into one cohesive kitchen design. The first part features the installation of handcrafted solid wood ceiling beams. These beams were built from real wood, stained to enhance their grain and warmth, and placed strategically across the kitchen ceiling to add both architectural depth and rustic elegance. The second part of the project involved the fabrication and installation of a custom wood-wrapped kitchen range hood. The hood wrap was built in the same wood species and finish as the ceiling beams, creating a consistent visual flow and unifying the upper portion of the kitchen.

This dual-element approach allowed us to elevate the kitchen from a standard space to a curated interior with designer-level details. By combining ceiling and functional elements in the same color tone and wood texture, we created a warm, boutique-like atmosphere — just as the client envisioned. The client’s goal was to bring the feel of a boutique hotel into the kitchen, and this was fully achieved through intentional material selection and unified styling. The result is a space that feels elevated yet inviting, with character-rich woodwork and a tailored aesthetic.
